The Oceanside Retreat, directly on the ocean front in Historic Ocean Grove, New Jersey, offers the finest in overnight lodging and Christian fellowship.

The Retreat, sponsored by World For Christ Crusade, Inc., provides a Spiritual center where members and supporting friends of the ministry can gather to enjoy a time of fellowship together. A place where families can come together to strengthen family ties and renew old acquaintances while taking part in the Retreat Program. A place where Church groups and young people can gather for Spiritual renewal.

Victorian Ocean Grove

The town of Ocean Grove was founded in the summer of 1869 by 10 families who decided to establish a Christian seaside community. From the late 1890’s to 1910, the colony consisted of 700 tents. It was part of the revival that swept the country in the late 1800’s. Although many Camp Meeting Associations dotted the East coast, Ocean Grove is the largest one that still remains.

Life in Ocean Grove is very simple. The focal point of the town is the Great Auditorium built in 1894 still surrounded by 114 tents, which provide summer housing for guests. As many as 7,000 gather inside the Great Auditorium on Sundays to hear some of the greatest preachers of today.

Programs that are presented are:

• Sunday Worship with guest speakers, 10:30 am and 7:00 pm.
• Bible Study Hour, Monday-Saturday 9:00 am.
• Gospel Music Ministry on the boardwalk and Tabernacle, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Youth Activities for very young and teens, daily Monday to Friday.
• Saturday night entertainment with top name musicians.
• A list of special speakers and weekly events is available upon request.

For your Safety and Security, the front door is locked at 11:00 pm daily, and 12:00 Midnight on Friday & Saturday nights.
We supply linens, towels, & cooking utensils for all suites.
One night deposit is required to confirm room reservations.
50% deposit is required to confirm Suite reservations.
If a deposit is not received within one week after making a reservation, your name will be removed from our reservation book.
Ocean Pride reserves the right to reassign rooms in the event that guests do not arrive by 5:00 pm, unless notified of late arrival.
